The staff here were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us, and the location is fantastic in a safe neighborhood, plus the rooms are a good size for all our toiletries and hair tools.

The Palomar Inn has lots of reasonably large rooms. Great location for visiting coffee shops and casinos within walking distance. - the hotel is set in a decent area with views of the mountains.

We found everything nice, would recommend it to anyone. There were climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave in the room, liked that. The bed was comfortable and there was free Wi-Fi. Its location was unbeatable, really close to Shell Beach, shops, and restaurants and beach area and the Downtown.

They were very accommodating in connecting the VCR. They brought us extra towels upon request and quickly. It was quiet. It was very clean. The staff were helpful and nice. It was nice to have the refrigerator and microwave in the room.

It would have been nice to have had a closet area and something in the bathroom to set clothing on. It would also be nice to have access in the room to a DVD player.

The room we stayed in was very small, but clean. We weren't looking for anything fancy, just a place to rest, so it suited our needs fine. Staff was very friendly to us as well. It was a pet friendly motel too, with a small charge per night for our dogs. So, if you're looking for luxury or above average accommodations, this motel isn't for you, but if you need a place to crash after a day at the beach or sightseeing, this will work.

The bed in our room wasn't very comfortable. Other than that, no complaints since it fit our needs.
